ANNEX 5 PREPARATION AND ORGANIZING OF A NATIONAL WORKING MEETING ON SOME ASPECTS OF THE THEATRE REFORM IN BULGARIA
	On May 15th,1998 Concept for Theatre Foundation held a National working meeting under the title "On Some Aspects of the Theatre Reform". The main goal of the meeting was to give opportunity to a wide number of professionals and representatives of various theatre organizations to express their ideas about the theatre reform in Bulgaria, to share their experience and impressions, to specify the current problems and offer solutions. The initiative was met with great interest. The forum was attended by 65 members of different state institutions, organizations, education centers, etc., like: - Delegation of EC - National Assembly Commission for Culture and Mass-Media - Ministry of culture - Union of Bulgarian Actors - Bulgarian Theatre Association - Union of Theatre Directors - State Academy for Theatre and Cinema Arts - Private Theatre School "L.Grauss" - Theatre School "4 x C" - Directors of state and private theatre throughout the country - "Theatre" magazine - Bulgarian National Television - Bulgarian National Radio - Institute for Cultural Science - Free-lance artists, intellectuals, journalists, etc. The national working meeting was held in Sofia, at the grounds of the Press-Club of the Bulgarian Press Agency between 9.00 a.m. and 7 p.m. The audio-cassette of the meeting along with the written materials presented, was distributed among all participants and related parties.
